Our Terms
SHIPPING:We sell only to the Porltand, Metro area a deliver for a flat rate of $5, $50, or $100 depending upon the weight and number of items ordered. Pick up is available at our distribution center.
RETURNS:
If for any reason merchandise needs to be returned within the 7 day inspection period, you must call first for a return authorization number, otherwise your return will be refused. All returned merchandise must be in original condition and packaging. All returned items without problems to the products would be subject to a 15% restocking fee. COD returned orders will be refused and the customer must send all returned items prepaid and insured. We will not be responsible for lost or damaged returns.
WARRANTY:
Most all of the products we sell are covered by a manufacturers warranty that requires items to be sent directly to the manufacturer for replacement or repair.
Purchasing by Minors
Our policy is to not sell to minors. If you are under the legal age of 18 and wish to purchase from our on-line store, you must have a parent or legal guardian make the purchase for you.
